Welcome to the BCM Electric Pastor Bial Mobile App ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services.
App Developer: TechCafe App Purpose: Church management system for Electric Pastor Bial community Target Users: Members of BCM Electric Pastor Bial and associated church communities
By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
2.1 User Eligibility
You must be a member or affiliated with BCM Electric Pastor Bial church community
Users under 13 years of age must have parental consent
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
2.2 Account Registration
Authentication Required: You must authenticate using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In
Profile Completion: You must complete your profile with accurate church affiliation information
Account Approval: Your account requires approval by church administrators before full access
Single Account: You may only maintain one account per person
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3. User Roles and Access Levels
3.1 Regular Users (Role: "1")
Access: View church announcements, member directories, and general information
Permissions: Limited to read-only access for most content
Features: Dark mode settings, profile management, content viewing
3.2 Administrators (Role: "2")
Access: Full system management capabilities
Permissions: Create, edit, delete church content and manage member data
Responsibilities: Maintain appropriate use of administrative privileges
Accountability: Actions are logged and monitored
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses
Access and use church-related information and services
Participate in church community features appropriately
Update your personal profile information
View and interact with approved church content
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:

All content must be appropriate for a Christian church community
Respect the beliefs, opinions, and privacy of other community members

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create and upload
License to Us: You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content within the App

Church Content: Content related to church activities may be shared with other church members
5.2 App Content
Church Information: Church-related content is owned by BCM Electric Pastor Bial
App Code: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are proprietary to TechCafe
Trademarks: Church names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services
We are not responsible for third-party content or services
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions

Within Church Community: Your profile may be visible to other authenticated members

7. App Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
